I really like this bar. Its warming, but in a very subtle way. I use it all over my body where it works as a rich moisturizer with a slightly spicy, vanilla scent. However the warmth is enough to bring a bit of relief to sore muscles. Love using this on my feet!

First time using a Lush massage bar and I'm so glad I tried it! It glides on easily and smells like a lovely, smoky, spicy apothecary type smell. When I smelt it in the shop, it seemed faint, but once it's warmed by the body the smell is more potent. I was worried about the "stimulating" effects being irritating but they were very subtle and pleasant. The active moisturising ingredients are very effective and the knobs really do work tight muscles in a gentle way. My only qualm would be it's a little expensive for the size, but it's such a nice product to use that it's worth it.
