Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order. As each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! With New Zealand moving to Level 3 restrictions, we're now able to serve you online again!
The great news is you can still enjoy FREE flat rate delivery on orders over $95. The not so great news is that your parcel is likely to take longer than usual to get to you. At this stage, orders will be dispatched 1 business day after you place your order. There are also some delays with our delivery partner, NZ Couriers. We advise that you check with them directly to determine how their delays may impact your order.
In line with the New Zealand government protections, our retail shops currently remain closed until further notice.
We hope you’ll understand and bear with us in these new circumstances, as we get up and running again and find new ways to work that meet the needs of you, our staff, and our courier partners.
