We're back online! Here's what you need to know.

Kia ora and thanks for popping back, it’s great to see you! With the recent changes to alert levels regarding COVID-19 by the New Zealand government, we are now ready and waiting to take your orders once again.

As this is a new kind of business as usual for our country, we are ensuring that the safety of our manufacturing and fulfilment teams are our top priority. We believe in happy people making happy soap, so have taken the following steps, amongst others, to ensure this firmly remains the case:

 

  • Introduced floor markings throughout our hand making, packing and dispatch areas, to make it easier for people to keep a minimum of 2 metres distance between themselves and their colleagues. 
  • The space has been redesigned to allow for the increased distance between work-stations, in the interest of creating a safer and more comfortable environment for our colleagues to work within.
  • Additional shifts have been put in place to allow for a reduced number of people in a working space at any given time.
  • The same colleagues will be working on the same shifts together, to minimise unnecessary contact with members of different teams. 
  • We are also ensuring the provision of safety equipment throughout our manufacturing and fulfilment teams.

The great news is you can still enjoy FREE flat rate delivery on orders over $95. The not so great news is that your parcel is likely to take longer than usual to get to you. At this stage, orders will be dispatched 1 business day after you place your order. There are also some delays with our delivery partner, NZ Couriers. We advise that you check their website directly to determine how delays may impact your order.

You might also find some products are still temporarily unavailable to purchase, so if you need a hand choosing products or have delivery questions, our Customer Care team is more than happy to help via email and live chat. 

We hope you’ll understand and bear with us in these new circumstances, as we get up and running again and find new ways to work that meet the needs of you, our staff, and our courier partners. 

We expect everything to run smoothly, but we will be keeping things under constant review and will alert you of any changes necessary.
