Our regular LiveChat hours are Monday to Saturday from 11:30 am - 6:30 pm NZST, and we are closed on Sunday. However, if you see the Chat With Us button popping up, there's currently a real human waiting to chat with you


The chat says 'Email Us', what do I do?
You may have caught us at a time where the team members are all already chatting, or we’re not currently in our available hours. Either try us again in a little bit or send us an email and we’ll be in touch as soon as we’re able. 

How do I have an online consultation?
When you’re on our website, you’ll see a little button in the bottom right corner of the screen that says Chat With Us! Just click on this button and select "I’m looking for some product advice" to be connected directly with one of our friendly product experts. 

Why do online consultations?
We know that not everyone has the time or ability to head into a physical store, but that doesn’t mean you should miss out on the experience of a personalised, real-time consultation and routine-building tailored to your needs. Plus, you can do it all in your PJs! 

Will I be talking to a real person?
Absolutely! When you reach us on Live Chat there’s a real Lushie on the other side with a passion for our products and finding the best ones to suit your needs.  

What types of questions will I be asked?
Nothing too difficult! We want to discuss you and your specific needs, so we’ll want to find out a little bit about why you’re looking for advice, what sorts of results you’re hoping to achieve with your routine, and a little bit about your current routines (if any!). You’ll also be able to ask us any questions on products and routines.  

How long will it take?
Generally, we find consultations take around 10 minutes, depending on your individual needs and wants. There’s absolutely no time limit but we’ll also be mindful that you may need to keep it quick.

Do I have to buy what is recommended?
Nope! There’s no obligation to purchase during, or following, a personal consultation online or in stores. We understand that sometimes you need to have a think about the recommendations you’ve been given.

Can I get samples? 
While we can’t send samples out on their own, and sampling is dependent on availability, if you place an order during or after your consultation, our team member can assist you with making specific sample requests. 

I want product advice but don’t have time to LiveChat, can I contact you elsewhere?
